Trade Show Booth Builders & Rentals in Orlando

Plan an Orlando exhibit that gives products, demonstrations and buyer conversations enough room, with a clear brief for the Orange County Convention Center.

Know your convention-center allocation.

The Orange County Convention Center has multiple buildings and concourses. I/ITSEC lists the South Concourse for 2026, while Advanced Textiles Expo identifies the West Building. Confirm the building, access and current service manual for your own event.

Make the demonstration practical.

At an attractions show, visitors may queue to participate. At a textile event, they may compare materials at a table. At a simulation conference, the hardware can dictate the layout. Design around that activity before adding walls, screens or meeting rooms.

Choose an Orlando exhibit rental with the right scope.

A rental proposal should explain which structures, counters, furniture and graphics are included. Clarify whether design, transport, installation and dismantling are included, and identify any organizer services that must be ordered separately.

Give the team a usable floor plan.

Show display positions, visitor routes, power needs and stock storage on a single plan. Leave enough access for equipment servicing and avoid placing private meetings beside a loud or active demo.

Plan for your show.

What information matters most for an Orlando booth rental?

Provide the event name, convention-center building, booth dimensions, open sides and equipment list. Add the budget range and any live demonstration so the proposed rental layout can be assessed properly.
