Your exhibit should help visitors understand the product and make room for the right conversation. Use these priorities to shape a practical I/ITSEC booth brief.
Map hardware before walls
Start with simulator dimensions, access panels, operator positions and display sightlines. Plan service access so a technical adjustment does not require dismantling the exhibit.
Control the demonstration environment
Decide which demos need reduced glare, sound separation or seated participation. Consider the full experience, including screens, power, data connections and waiting visitors.
Create room for technical discussions
Use a dedicated discussion space for longer conversations with procurement and training teams. Keep demonstration traffic separate from meetings and equipment servicing.

Gather the allocated floor plan, open sides, booth number and current event manual. Add your product dimensions and a realistic budget range. Ask the builder to separate the physical exhibit from organizer or venue services in the quote.
