Las Vegas events use different venues and halls. A CES exhibit may have different planning constraints from a SEMA display at the Las Vegas Convention Center or an AAPEX allocation at Venetian Expo. Confirm the precise location, open sides and floor plan before choosing a structure.
Custom build or Las Vegas booth rental?
A rental can work well for a single event or a changing footprint. A custom exhibit may make more sense when the physical environment is integral to your product launch. Compare the same scope across proposals: structure, graphics, furniture, screens, freight, labor and organizer services.
Design for busy demonstrations.
Automotive parts, consumer technology and large hardware all need different layouts. Set aside space for a visitor to stop, a staff member to explain and a second visitor to pass. Include storage for packaging and replenishment so counters stay clear.
Prepare the installation scope.
Ask who is responsible for delivery scheduling, installation, dismantling and return freight. Keep venue electrical, rigging, internet and material handling visible as separate responsibilities unless the proposal explicitly includes them.

Sometimes a modular layout can be reconfigured, but booth dimensions, open sides, height permissions and overlapping dates can change what is practical. Review each allocation before committing to reuse.
