Put the right part in front of the right buyer.
AAPEX exhibit planning for parts manufacturers, service technology and automotive aftermarket suppliers.
Start my booth projectPlan your AAPEX exhibit.
Your exhibit should help visitors understand the product and make room for the right conversation. Use these priorities to shape a practical AAPEX booth brief.
Give product ranges a hierarchy
Group parts by system, application or buyer need. Avoid overwhelming visitors with an undifferentiated wall of products. Place the most important new release where it is visible from the aisle.
Make technical demos approachable
Set aside room for tools, diagnostic screens and staff-led explanations. Include a counter for small components so visitors can inspect a product without blocking circulation.
Plan the correct exhibit location
Confirm whether your allocation is in Venetian Expo or AAPEX Forum before production planning. Share the current service kit and any requirements for operating equipment.
Before you request a proposal.
Gather the allocated floor plan, open sides, booth number and current event manual. Add your product dimensions and a realistic budget range. Ask the builder to separate the physical exhibit from organizer or venue services in the quote.

Can one exhibit concept be adapted for AAPEX and SEMA?
The visual identity may carry across both shows, but the layout should reflect each allocation and audience. Overlapping dates mean you should plan separate physical inventory and installation resources.
